You And Me
This is a love letter to my boyfriend. Today, 9th of December, is our anniversary.
So, forgive me if you don’t understand some of the things that I say but i wanted to share this with you too

It feels like a quiet morning of November; a sunny, cold morning of November.
Rain was finally over.

do you know how happiness feels like?
It feels like that sunny, cold morning of November I was lying in your bed. The smell of hot coffee woke me up.
And all I can remember from the night before is you and me sitting in the dark, talking, hearing the rain. I couldn’t leave. I though I should stay. The last thing I remember was you, telling me stories about fairies, elves and magic lands.
I fell asleep.
That night, our love was born.

It feels like a quiet, sunny morning of November I once spent sitting in a weird orange table, drinking hot coffee with vanilla flavor you’d made for me.
And you were sitting next to me and all I remember is sounds of laughter and forgotten songs.
And then, we stayed at home. We rarely went out. I used to write, you used to sing. I liked to read, you liked to learn. I used to cry, you used to laugh. And every night, I used to sleep in your arms.
These nights, our love was growing up.

do you know how can we make love last?
If I told you that there is a secret potion and whoever finds it could make love stay forever, where would you look for it?
“I’d look for it in the dark side of the moon” you said.
“I’d look for it in an ancient bard’s song that no one knows how to play it”
“and I’d assume that it is gone with the lost island Atlantis”
But, my love,
If that kind of love potion exists, you have already found it. We have already tasted it.
Don’t you remember?
It was in that hot coffee with vanilla flavor you’d made for me.
And every night our love is reborn.
