Tattoos, a Unique way to Express yourself

Someone said once:
“Show me a man with a tattoo and I’ll show you a man with an interesting past.”It will sound classic, but how many people have you heard of or seen getting a tattoo with the name of their girlfriend or boyfriend on their arms? And how many times they were disappointed because their significant other went away, leaving them with no choice but laser surgery?
I personally like tattoos, but I think they should be more “selfish”; things that don’t remind you of an event, but means something deeper to you.
I don’t find it cool when you get the same tattoo as a basketball player or a celebrity; it should definately be something more personal. You must be sure before you do it, I would say that you have to do deep research.
First of all you need to decide why are you going to get one, and if you find the reason, then you need to choose a design. There are many Tattoo Designs that make this research quite hard. But once again, you don’t want your tattoo to be the same with someone else’s. It’s something unique, something that you yourself want to have it not share with everyone – I would avoid public galleries, because when I think how many people may have the same tattoo with me, all for different reasons, I don’t think it’s that cool. So if you want something unique and specific take a look here and you‘ll find what you wish!
There are so many categories of designs; there are Dragon Tattoos, Celtic Tattoos, Egyptian Tattoos even Fish tattoos – each one with its own story. I personally prefer the Celtic tattoos and their meaning. Of course it is a matter of “taste”; a tattoo cannot be ugly if the meaning of it is the appropriate one.
Make sure to think twice before you choose, if your choice is right, then you will get a point to your beauty score, and your charisma will rise!

“The universality of tattooing is a curious subject for speculation.”

Tattoos are stupid. No matter what they are, they look like everyone else’s. They’re not done by artists, they’re done by drug using, alcoholic hacks. They’re a fad, and they’ve become even more faddish in the last 15 years, driven by kids who want to look tough– right along with “evil” facial hair and Killswitch Engage t-shirts.
When my roommate got two tattoos on his forearms, one that said “hate” and the other that said “Death,” I knew right then and there that it was time for me to not get a tattoo.
Tats have jumped the shark. It’s far more unique to not have them. I look tough without having to wear the trappings of looking tough, and I don’t need to share anything in common with loser 1% biker trash.
Hey, Wow Thats Ficious.
not all tattoos are ugly.
Fair Enough, your roomate took the wrong road with “death” and “hate”
Someone i know, got a tattoo of their father who just passed away.
So hes always reminded of him.
i think personally thats beautiful.
and this judgement of every tattooist is a “drug using alcoholic hack” is also in my opinion Falso.
ever heard of “scary guy” he was a tatto artist.
now he is ” the new effort for the elimination of anger, hate, violence and death worldwide” and i honestly think tattooists are some of the best artists in the world.
they make masterpeices. with no mistake.
this is only my opinion.

Um in reference to what “tatsarestupid” said….
maybe before you spout pure ignorance you should do some research. I personally have no tatoos yet, but just because some people get tats to look cool doesn’t mean that everyone else who gets one is a biker or white trash. Tatooing started as tribal traditions in africa hawaii, native americans, inuits and south american tribes as well. Its all about what you get. Now if you get a koi fish a dragon or a hanya, we all know someone else has it. But contrary to popular belief there are people who are actual artists who tatoo. Ex: Bill Kieffer, who works in san diego, everything he does is one of a kind, his shop isnt somewhere you go and pick a design off the wall that 20 other people in the area have, its all original designs. like what you see on miami ink BUT REAL, not paid actors who don’t even tatoo. For more info on Bill check out billshead.com where you can view his artwork. If i ever get a tat it will be from him.
Lots to think about from your post. I look forward to my next visit.

I found your blog on Google. I’ve bookmarked it and will watch out for your next blog post.
I know your secret too! I look at commenting in this way – since I’m relatively new to blogging, I always thought from the beginning that it was a two-way medium, where someone is starting a conversation that invites interaction, so I picked up the habit right away. In contrast, I’d think if some folks never commented when they first ventured into the blogosphere, it would be more difficult to jump in down the road (i.e. not a habit). Nevertheless, I agree with you on your last statement
Great site and thanx for the post
