Is There Any Real Right And Wrong?
Is there any real right and wrong? Are there any objective principles that define what is right and what is wrong in our society? What’s more, what do we accept as ethical and what do we consider anomie?And, if we associate those questions with the ticklish subject of marriage that needs to be saved, a new question is brought up by necessity… what does it take to save a marriage?
No, you haven’t just stumbled across a philosophical discussion. These questions popped into my head as soon as I read a personal letter I received a couple of weeks ago from Jen. She wanted to share a personal problem with Asdfing – one she is facing in her marriage. I am sure that if you read it, the same questions will start bothering you as well.
But it will be worth it. Because – some of you, via your answers, may help Jen find a solution to her problem. Here is what she wrote to us:
“My husband and I have a great marriage – although, I have always preferred sex with women and he never had a problem. However, I have recently brought Jesus into my life… my guilt has caused our marriage to go downhill. Please help!”
