Is Debt Hell
Kinda makes you think.I’ve been worried sick about bills for the past few weeks. Renting house, credit cards, unpaid loans, cell phone bills. How our Christmas bonus is going all to bills, and still, no cash left for just about anything.I haven’t even got around to buying a Christmas tree (one of those cheap plastic 3-4ft ones, around 20-30 bucks along with decorations), cause I can’t spare the money! How are we going to make it through? I don’t want to end up like those couples that break up because of financial problems…
But then I think. It’s not like I’m going to jail, I’m not getting evicted, my rent’s always on time, I’m just about a month late on my credit card bills. My gas, power and water bills will be paid, so no utilities will be cut off. We have our health… I no longer need to take my car to go to work, and the company pays for the commute… My relationship is wonderful, we don’t even fight about money…
I think about the homeless. Not in the cliche-like way, but say, hell, they’ve got no roof over their heads. You’ve got a damn 40-inch LCD television AND cable. You’ve got a full pantry. You’ve got a man that loves you, and helps you out in everyday life. Your family loves you. You’ve got a great new job that pays fairly well.
Kids out there are dying. Girls younger than you are out there getting pregnant ’cause they’re dumb. People are losing hundreds of thousands of (insert currency here) ’cause of bad investments, lay-offs, stock market crashes, gambling, health issues, you name it.

WHAT THE HELL AM I SO STRESSED OUT ABOUT?!

Just goes to show, you’re never really happy with what you have, right? Maybe that’s why I’m such a big fan of the Saw movies, although I hate scary movies…
