What would you think if you entered a new friend’s house and noticed that his bookcase was full of self-help books?
Would you say, “good for you”, or would you drink the cup of coffee he offers you in a second so you could get out of there as soon as possible?

Ever since I was a kid, everyone used to ask me what I would like to do when I grew up. Back then, the answer came out of my mouth easily: I wanted to be an actress. In high school, everyone used to tell me that I should be a lawyer because I was very good at giving speeches, or maybe a doctor because I had the brains. I got so confused and disoriented that not only did I forget about my dream, but I also forgot who I was and what I like.
I am sure there a lot of us out there who have the same problem. “I know that if I want to be successful I must have a goal which I will try to achieve.
But how can I find what my goal is?”

Do you have a store room full of things you never use?
Is your closet full of clothes you never wear?
Is your house cluttered with boxes full of things and papers you don’t need?
Then, there is only one thing to do: get rid of them! If we accept the fact that each and every object has its own energy, this old and useless stuff can only emit bad vibes.
But, how can these bad vibes be explained and how do they affect you?
Since I was a kid, I have had dreams almost every night. Sometimes these dreams are nightmarish, and they make me wake up in the middle of the night. Sometimes they are tiresome dreams that seem to last forever – in fact, they only last a few minutes or even seconds; in that case, I wake up already tired and with no inspiration to begin my day. Sometimes though, my dreams are peaceful and I wake up happy and full of energy, with a thirst for life. In any case, dreams affect our mentality, they affect our attitude and the way we live our lives.

Do you ever feel like your life isn’t good enough for you?
Do you ever feel like your job doesn’t let you be yourself?
Have you ever felt like you were born to do something else?
Well, you’re not alone! I have met many people who don’t like what they do and don’t do what they like… in fact, I was one of them. Although I have always wanted to play the guitar, my parents pushed me to go to University for studies in Economics. I didn’t want to let them down, so I left my dream behind and I found a well-paid job… that I hated. After meeting and talking to many people with the same “career” issues, I started wondering…
Why do we force ourselves to do jobs we don’t like?
Are you bored with your life?
Do you wake up in the morning with the feeling that nothing is important to you?
Do you think that nothing can change?
Well, you are wrong!
You can change all the things that you do not like in your life, starting now! And it’s much easier than you think… I have always been a positive person, and after reading a few books like Pablo Coelho’s The Alchemist, I havecome to this conclusion: Everything is a matter of mentality – everything depends on how you look at it.
First of all, try to avoid having negative thoughts. Even when things seem to be bad, there is always a silver lining around that dark cloud. So, try to turn negative thoughts into positive ones. Whatever is on your mind really does affect your life. If you want something very much, it will eventually happen. You just have to truly believe in it.
If you really want something to happen, just ask for it. How? I’ll tell you something that has worked for me: there were a few times in my life that I wanted something very much – at the same time though, I found it impossible to happen. I was even afraid of saying what it was that I wanted! So, I asked for it in a different way…
